FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are able to undertake full renovation projects by using the many French registered Artisans we know. We only use French Artisans so you can be assured of the best local knowledge in terms of

materials and finish. Using our list of local contacts and Artisans we can renovate houses from

BUILDING WORKS & REPAIRS

Please view our “Renovation Project index pages” to see examples of our works. We have several clients who are happy for us to show you the works we have carried out on their properties.

We are happy to undertake full renovation projects or other small building works you may be

considering. We have been renovating properties in France since 1999.

 

INSULATION, DRY LINING, ROOM CREATION

A common project with previous clients has been ‘loft conversions’.

This type of project often gives you the best increase in space to your property. Along with insulating roof lines, plaster-boarding and bedroom & bathroom creation we find that these types of conversions give you a great base from which to extend your living accomodation.

PAINTING & DECORATING

We will undertake your decorating requirements be they painting, tiling or laying a parquet floor.

We can even go as far as putting all the finishing touches in for you, curtains & carpets etc.

EXTERIOR LANDSCAPING & GROUNDWORKS

This can be particularly useful if you have just taken on a property. We can clear the garden so that you can design it as you please. We can strip the house of anything undesirable so that you have ‘a clean sheet’ for your plans and work. Ongoing repairs are inevitable, especially in older properties,

we can take care of this on a on-going basis for you.

SEPTIC TANK INSTALLATION

We work closely with a French enterprise to fit and maintain Septic Tanks. We take care of everything from the initial soil test survey, managing the groundwork and onto obtaining the all important  conformity certificate. For more information go to our “Septic Tanks & Ground-works” page

 

ALL TRADES ORGANISED

If there is something you need organising or doing and we cannot do it, we are always able to help with a contact to get the job done. We only work with Local French Artisans and work closely with Plumbers, Electricians, Stone masons, Heating engineers to name but a few. We also work closely with the local Mairie and water authorities, power suppliers etc.

We have helped many clients since 1999 and have always been able to solve any problem thrown at us and if we don’t know the solution we know someone who does!

Here you see a ‘Lucarne’ window being fitted into the roof line. It was designed to match the existing window, originally fitted to the main part of the house. Both the new and old ‘lucarnes’ have been fitted with double glazed units. These works were part of a full re-modelling of the house including a new Kitchen, Bathroom and conversion of stables to a bedroom, office and bathroom. Lofted ceilings to the four upstairs rooms have re-established original features to this property and added several more habitable rooms.
