Rooms have been created, doors hung and the ceiling and walls are left ready for decoration.

 

 

CONTINUED

1st fix electrics and plumbing are completed.

Suspended ceiling.

Walls are framed, insulated and boarded, resetting feature fireplace and adding beams for effect.

ROOM CREATION

The entire dry-lining process is carried out to French specifications.

Here the 1st floor of a property is stripped and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are created with a corridor.

SUSPENDED CEILINGS

 

Either expose all the beams and board inbetween or go for a clean surface ceiling showing the main beam.

If it is the services of a Project manager for a full Renovation project then that is our main activity so no problem there.

 

You may however want to do some of the work yourself but need input for things such as Electrics & Plumbing or a Lucarne window (below).

It may be that you have a small project such as a bathroom or kitchen makeover or even smaller, plastering or decorating needs for example.
