Angie has spent most of her life in East Anglia and having been born and brought up living on a farm, the rural setting of Normandy is in many ways similar to the farming community she knew in Lincolnshire. Angie has always enjoyed being part of a team and working with people. For ten years she managed a Garden Centre franchise specialising in aquatic-plants. Her hobbies include practicing complementary therapies, walking in the countryside and reading. Angie has always enjoyed gardening and growing flowers, and this combined with her love of working with people, means she has now found her ideal job and lifestyle. Angie moved to France to find a better balance of work and home life and hopes to help other people enjoy their home in France by providing a professional service.
Ruth has a similar passion for gardening and a keen interest in Organic gardening having grown organically in the UK. Ruth spent ten years working in horticultural supplies and more recently for 20 years as a Paramedic in North Yorkshire and East Anglia. Her hobbies and interests include cycling, hill-walking and gardening. Ruth re-located to France to enjoy the beautiful countryside and submerge herself into the culture and French way of life. Her aim is to help others to do the same.
Angie & Ruth enjoy their rural retreat with Tufty the dog, Frankie the cat and several chickens. |
