Why Local Artisans ?

 

From personal experience of renovating our own home we found that by using local French labour we didn’t only benefit from the best skills and knowledge available we also gained approval and acceptance from our French neighbours and people in the village, it helped us integrate more easily.

 

We work with all trades needed to renovate properties, the main artisans being Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, Carpenters, Stone masons and Ground-workers such as septic tank installers. We do also use other artisans with trades and skills to provide anything from hand built staircases to local Art pieces.

 

All our artisans are French, local and registered as well as being highly skilled and professional, most are second or third generation tradesman and some

employ their Father in the business as a means for even more knowledge on older properties.

 

We carry out various works directly: mainly room creation, dry lining and

insulation, plaster-boarding, plastering, tiling and many other internal finishes. This accompanied with registration for ‘Project Management’ for the renovation of properties makes it possible for you to have quality individual work carried out by experts and managed by one individual.
