We live full time in this beautiful, unspoilt region but also owned our property for many years before as a holiday home.

During this time we enjoyed every aspect of owning a second home in France, but also experienced the downfalls of our home remaining unoccupied for long periods of time as well as trying to manage the renovations from the UK.

There were many occasions when we wished we had someone who was both professional and trustworthy, who could take care of things on our behalf, but who could also offer such a service at a competitive and reasonable rate. We wanted to use local artisans for the renovation work but needed someone with good local contacts and links. It is also important to ensure the people you use are properly registered to carry out the works you require.
